What is Advent?
Like many other churches around the world, St. Paul observes the liturgical calendar - a schedule to celebrate the major Christian holidays and seasons of every year.
Advent is the "New Year" of the church calendar, as we prepare our hearts and minds for Christ's birth at Christmas. The Advent season starts four Sundays before Christmas Day and lasts till Christmas Eve. It's a good time to reflect and renew your relationship with God.
Expect joyous and hopeful worship during Advent as we look forward to Christ's return!
