Please be aware that St. Paul is following current CDC guidelines regarding masks. Because Hamilton County’s COVID transmission level is high, all in-person attendees at worship are asked to wear face masks throughout the service. (If you do not have a mask of your own, one will be provided for you.) People living in the same household should sit together, at a distance of 6 feet from other households.
If you are unable to wear a mask, we ask you to attend the service from your home via the broadcast on our Youtube channel.
Christmas Service Times
Dec. 24 – Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve, the candlelight worship service will begin at 7:00 pm, with special music starting at 6:45.
(Please note that although we normally offer nursery care for babies and preschoolers during worship services, care is not provided on Christmas Eve, so that our nursery volunteers can attend the service with their families.)
There will be no events on Christmas Day.
Dec. 26 – Lessons and Carols Service
Did you miss a favorite Christmas carol on Christmas Eve? Our regular Sunday worship at 10:30 am on Dec. 26 will be a Lessons and Carols service. (You might be familiar with the Lessons and Carols liturgy from King’s College Cambridge, which is broadcast on NPR.) We will hear a series of readings from the Old and New Testaments prophesying Jesus’ birth and sing carols and hymns after each reading.
Jan. 2 – Epiphany
The feast of Epiphany marks the arrival of the Wise Men at the manger. We will celebrate during the 10:30 am service with a Procession of the Kings. Come with the three magi to worship the Savior of the world! Children are especially encouraged to come, as they can participate in the processional and dress up as the three magi!
The church is located at 106 Maple Street in Reading, and fully handicapped-accessible. There is a parking lot on the Willow Street side of the building, as well as street parking on all the residential blocks around the church.
From I-75 northbound, take exit 12 (Davis St. / Lockland / Reading). Turn right onto Koehler at the bottom of the exit, left on Jefferson, go about two-tenths of a mile, and right on Maple.
From I-75 southbound, take exit 12 (Reading / Lockland). Turn right onto Cooper at the end of the exit. Turn right onto Wyoming Ave. and go a little over a half mile (Wyoming will turn into Benson Street along the way). Turn right on Jefferson (there are two bridal shops on the corner) and take the second left onto Maple.
We can also be reached on Cincinnati’s Metro bus route 43. The closest bus stop is at the corner of Reading and Maple streets, about a block east of the church.
